Jack's Parent Teacher Conference...

Jack is doing very well in preschool. His teacher tells us he is a wonderful, helpful & kind boy - we were very relieved to hear she doesn't get to see the Jack we know :-)

He is doing very well with all of his letters & she thinks he will be reading within the first couple of months of kindergarten. She also said he is very good with math & does well with patterns, addition, & subtraction.

One thing that surprised us was how excited she was over his "self-help" skills. From day one, Jack has always put on his own coat, something he has done for a long time. Apparently he is in the "top 10%" for this. Wow. Who knew there were so many 4/5 year olds that couldn't put on a coat?

Anyway, these pictures are from his portfolio. I like how much his writing has developed over the year. He has grown 1.5" taller & gained 3 more pounds.

Jack is ready for kindergarten!

Great Job ~ Jack! Papa Rodgers and Keli are very proud of you! Jack is looking more and more like Joe everyday :) They grow up too fast, I can't believe he will be five soon! Wow!
Love to you all
